Why people move here

Lake access, CUSD 95, a bit more distance from the city’s intensity. No in-town Metra, longer drives to the Loop or O’Hare, and Lake County tax bills that can sting. Best fit if the job is flexible or northwest-corridor based rather than five-day downtown rail.
